Create a new estimate on the Online Invoices system:<\/p>\n

  1. Through the “Invoice & Estimates”<\/strong>\u00a0tab, Select\u00a0“<\/strong>Estimates”<\/strong>. If you have activated the “Inventory management and control software<\/a>” from the “Plug-in Manager”<\/strong>\u00a0section, Then the “<\/strong>Invoice & Estimates”<\/strong>\u00a0tab will be showing as \u00a0“<\/strong>Sales”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the “<\/strong>New Estimate”<\/strong>\u00a0button.

      1. Use a pre-filled estimate\/invoice template: Select a pre-filled estimate\/invoice from your saved “<\/strong>pre-filled invoice templates”<\/strong>\u00a0for creating a new estimate of similar products or services quick and easy. Edit the estimate as required – client, discount, etc and then save as a new invoice.<\/li>\n
      2. Select an Estimate\/Invoice layout from what you have saved by clicking on “Invoice Layout Templates”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Select the Invoicing “Method”<\/strong>, “Currency”<\/strong>, and “Client”<\/strong>.\n
