Method&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Date&#8221;<\/strong> Range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Amount&#8221;<\/strong> Range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Status&#8221;<\/strong> of the payment.<\/li>\n<li>Invoices <strong>&#8220;Collected by&#8221;<\/strong> (Staff member).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rows of payments will list the <strong>&#8220;ID&#8221;<\/strong>, the <strong>&#8220;Invoice Number&#8221;<\/strong>, <strong>&#8220;Amount&#8221;<\/strong>, <strong>&#8220;Payment Method&#8221;<\/strong>, and the <strong>&#8220;Status&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can also view, edit and delete the payment by clicking the blue colored\u00a0button at the right-hand side of the payment row.<\/p>\n<p><a be deleted by ticking on the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Check Boxes&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0and then clicking on the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Edit&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Client Details&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0shows the basic details of the client who made the payment<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Payment Details&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0shows information about the specific payment.<\/li>\n<li>Use the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Edit Payment&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0button to edit payments.<\/li>\n<li>Using the blue<strong>&#8220;Receipt&#8221;<\/strong> button at the top right corner, you can <strong>&#8220;Print&#8221;<\/strong> a hard copy of your payment receipt or save it as a <strong>&#8220;PDF&#8221;<\/strong> file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/edit-payment1.png\" rel=\"lightbox[622]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"man-img aligncenter wp-image-1055 size-full\" <strong>&#8220;Method&#8221;<\/strong> of payment, <strong>&#8220;Amount&#8221;<\/strong>, <strong>&#8220;Ref no.&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Payment Status&#8221;<\/strong> are editable, (can be modified)<\/li>\n<li>Payment detail notes can be added (ie.
