Through the “<\/strong>Invoices & Estimates”<\/strong>\u00a0tab, Select\u00a0“<\/strong>Create Invoices”<\/strong>. If you have activated the “<\/strong>Inventory management and control software<\/a>“<\/strong> through using the “<\/strong>Plug-in Manager”\u00a0<\/strong>section, then the “<\/strong>Invoice & Estimates”\u00a0<\/strong>tab will be showing\u00a0 “<\/strong>Sales”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. If you have created any previously filled invoices templates or invoice layouts you can select to have them applied through this option:\n

    1. Select a previously filled invoice from your existing saved “<\/strong>Pre-filled Invoice Templates”<\/strong>, once you select an option from the drop down menu, it gets applied directly to the invoice. “Pre-filled invoice templates”<\/strong> can save you a plenty of time if you are invoicing the same products usually. (Learn How to Create a pre-filled invoice template).<\/li>\n
    2. Select an invoice layout from your saved\u00a0“<\/strong>Invoice Layout”\u00a0<\/strong>templates\u00a0once you select an option from the drop down menu, it gets applied directly to the invoice. invoice layout templates are used to customize the appearance (Design) and for adding custom fields to the invoice e.g. translate the invoice into your local language\u00a0 (Learn How to Create an invoice layout template<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Select the Invoicing method, currency, and client.\n
