For example, you can add lots of entries such as (manager &#8211; engineer &#8211; accountant &#8230;. etc.) and every one of them can enter the system to\u00a0edit or add any data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Create a New Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Through the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Staff&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0tab, Select\u00a0<strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Manage Staff Role&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Manage Staff Role&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0page highlights all the available created roles.<\/li>\n<li>At the top right corner, Click <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>New Role&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>New Roles&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>page will list all the permissions that can be associated with the staff member as in this picture below.<\/li>\n<li>Add a name for\u00a0the role.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Is Admin&#8221; <\/strong>if you wish to give this staff member full permissions for the system.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the permissions you wish to give to that role, but be careful, as some roles need other roles from other sections, so the staff members work together smoothly. Before you give a person invoicing ability, you should give them access to the products and clients and enable them to view invoices too.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Submit&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0to save the new role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>What is a Profit &amp; Loss Report (P&amp;L)?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"_oDd\"><span class=\"_Tgc\">The <b>profit and loss<\/b> statement\/report is a summary of the financial performance of a business over time (monthly, quarterly or annually is most common).
