  2. choose “Inventory Reports<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose “Stocktaking Sheet<\/strong>“.\n

  4. From the “Group By<\/strong> ” menu choose to \u00a0whether group the data by “Category<\/strong>“, “Brand<\/strong>” or “No Grouping<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  5. From the “Order\u00a0By<\/strong> ” menu choose to \u00a0whether Order\u00a0the data by “Product Name<\/strong>“, “Stock Level Ascending<\/strong>” or “Stock Level Descending<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  6. From the “Category<\/strong>” menu choose to categories you want to show.<\/li>\n
  7. From the “Brand<\/strong>” menu choose to brands\u00a0you want to show.<\/li>\n
  8. Click the “Generate Sheet<\/strong>” button.\"the-sheet\"<\/li>\n
  9. \u00a0This sheet will appear listing all products with their code, name, barcode, category, brand, software count, physical count and remarks.<\/li>\n
  10. Click the “Print<\/strong>” button to print the sheet.<\/li>\n
  11. Click the “Export Options<\/strong>” to export the file to CSV or PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
