You can use the tabs on the right-hand side to <strong>&#8220;Edit&#8221;<\/strong>, <strong>&#8220;View&#8221;<\/strong>, or <strong>&#8220;Delete&#8221;<\/strong> the supplier details through the <strong>&#8220;More&#8221;<\/strong> tab<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add new Suppliers on your <strong>&#8220;OnlineInvoices&#8221;<\/strong> Inventory system by clicking the <strong>\u201cNew Supplier\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Use the\u00a0 <strong>&#8220;Search&#8221;<\/strong> bar to search for a supplier; click the <strong>\u201cMore Options\u201d<\/strong> button at the top right corner to show all search filters.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The Suppliers table shows all your suppliers with their <strong>&#8220;Business Name&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Full names&#8221;, &#8220;Country&#8221;, &#8220;Status&#8221;,<\/strong> plus various <strong>\u201cActions\u201d<\/strong> you can implement for any specific supplier.<\/li>\n<li>tick the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select multiple suppliers (if required) to bulk delete them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>View your supplier\u2019s details.<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Through the \u201c<strong>Inventory<\/strong>\u201d tab, select the\u201c<strong>Manage Suppliers<\/strong>\u201doption.<\/li>\n<li>Through the <strong>\u201cManage Suppliers\u201d<\/strong> tab, select the\u00a0 <strong>\u201cView\u201d<\/strong> option, next to the supplier you need to view.<\/li>\n<li>The supplier\u2019s view page will show two tabs:\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>\u201cProfile<\/strong>\u201d tab shows the supplier\u2019s basic details and his contacts.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier.png\" rel=\"lightbox[1610]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"man-img aligncenter wp-image-2354 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier.png\" alt=\"view supplier\" width=\"1168\" height=\"456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier.png 1168w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier-300x117.png 300w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier-1024x400.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1168px) 100vw, 1168px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The \u201c<strong>Latest Purchase orders<\/strong>\u201d tab shows a list of the latest purchase orders for those suppliers, showing the order <strong>&#8220;ID&#8221;, &#8220;Date&#8221;<\/strong>, its status whether it&#8217;s\u00a0 <strong>(Received &#8211; Unreceived)<\/strong>, the total amount of the order and action buttons for the order.\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0View order.<\/li>\n<li>Save the order as <strong>&#8220;PDF&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Send the order to the supplier\u2019s email.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier1.png\" rel=\"lightbox[1610]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"man-img aligncenter wp-image-2356 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier1.png\" alt=\"view supplier1\" width=\"1166\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier1.png 1166w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier1-300x106.png 300w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/view-supplier1-1024x363.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1166px) 100vw, 1166px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The supplier view page also shows 2 tabs to <strong>&#8220;Edit Details&#8221;<\/strong> of the supplier or <strong>&#8220;Delete&#8221;<\/strong> it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Edit your supplier\u2019s details.<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Through the \u201c<strong>Inventory<\/strong>\u201d tab, select the \u201c<strong>Manage Suppliers<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/li>\n<li>Through the \u201c<strong>Manage Suppliers<\/strong>\u201d option, click \u201c<strong>Edit Details<\/strong>\u201d, next to the supplier you need to edit details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Delete your supplier.<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Through the \u201c<strong>Inventory<\/strong>\u201d tab, select the \u201c<strong>Manage Suppliers<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/li>\n<li>Through the \u201c<strong>Manage Suppliers<\/strong>\u201d option, click \u201c<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u201d, next to the supplier you need to delete.<\/li>\n<li>These actions are permanent.
