Through the “Inventory”<\/strong> tab, select the “Inventory”\u00a0<\/strong>option.<\/p>\n

The Inventory page displays all inventory “Products”<\/strong> or “Services”<\/strong> you have added to your system.
\nTo create a “New Product”,<\/strong> click the “New Product”<\/strong> button.
\nUse the “Search”<\/strong> bar to search for products by “Name”, “Code”, “Tag”<\/strong>, “Category”<\/strong>, “Brand”<\/strong>, or “Status”.<\/strong>
\nEach listed inventory item will show its “Name”<\/strong>, “Code”<\/strong>, “Barcode”<\/strong>, “Status”<\/strong> (“IN STOCK”<\/strong> \u2013 “INACTIVE”<\/strong> \u2013 “LOW<\/strong> STOCK”<\/strong> \u2013 “OUT OF STOCK”<\/strong>), “Buy Price”<\/strong>, and “Retail Price”<\/strong>. \"manag<\/a><\/p>\n

Edit an Inventory product<\/h2>\n

  1. Through the “Inventory”<\/strong> tab, select the “Inventory”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Next, to the product you want to edit on the same horizontal row, click the “Blue”<\/strong> button and select the\u201cEdit<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Delete an inventory product.<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Through the “Inventory”<\/strong> tab, select the “Inventory” option<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Next, to the product, you want to delete on the same horizontal row, click the “Blue”<\/strong> button and select the “Delete”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      View an inventory product\u2019s information.<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Through the “Inventory”<\/strong> tab, select the “Inventory”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
      2. Next, to the product you wish to view on the same horizontal row, click the “Blue”\u00a0<\/strong> button at the right-hand side and select the “View”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
      3. Click the “Information”<\/strong> tab.
        \nThe information tab will display the product details and disclose how many items were sold.\"Info-tab\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Edit a Stock level (quantity)\u00a0 of a certain product.<\/h2>\n

        Once you have created a product and added the Initial Stock levels, the “Quantity”<\/strong>
        \nwill change automatically with the new sales orders or purchases orders. To adjust a certain product\u2019s “Quantity”<\/strong>, Please follow the following steps.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Through the “Inventory”<\/strong> tab, select the\u00a0 “Inventory”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
        2. Next, to the product you wish to view on the same horizontal row, click the “Blue”<\/strong> arrow and select the “View”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the “Information”<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
        4. Click on the “Adjust Manually”<\/strong> button under the stock level option.

        5. Through the “Quantity”<\/strong> option, choose to add or subtract and add the number you wish to add\/subtract to the stock level.<\/li>\n
        6. Add the \u201cUnit Price<\/strong>\u201d of the buy\/sell addition and choose the currency.<\/li>\n
        7. Determine the “Movement date”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        8. Add any related notes.<\/li>\n
        9. The “Stock Before”<\/strong> and “Stock After”<\/strong> will show the changes applied to the quantity of the stock before and after this modification done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Click the “Save” <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

          Review the latest stock Transactions<\/h2>\n

          All the Stock Transactions are recorded internally in your system. To view the latest “Stock Transactions”:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Through the \u201cInventory\u201d<\/strong> tab, select the \u201cInventory<\/strong>\u201d option,<\/li>\n
          2. Next, to the product you wish to view on the same horizontal row, click the “Blue”<\/strong> button on the right-hand side arrow and then select the “View”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
          3. Click the “Stock transactions<\/strong>” tab.
            \nThe “Stock Transaction”<\/strong> tab will show all the latest actions done to the stock level (“Purchase orders”<\/strong> \u2013 “Sales Orders”<\/strong> \u2013 “Manual Adjustments”<\/strong>), “Modification Date”, “Move Count”,<\/strong> and “Stock Level”<\/strong>.            \"stock-Transactions\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Review the Timeline of a certain stock.<\/h2>\n

            All\u00a0 “Stock Transactions”<\/strong> are internally recorded in your system. To view the latest “Stock Transactions”<\/strong>:

            3. Click the “Timeline”<\/strong> tab.
              \nThe” Timeline”<\/strong> tab will show all the latest actions done in regards to the stock level (“Purchase orders”<\/strong> \u2013 “Sales Orders” \u2013 “Manual Adjustments” \u2013 “Delete”<\/strong>), date of the action, stock level after the action, and which staff member performed those actions.              \"manag<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
