Once you have created a product and added the Initial Stock levels, the quantity of products changes automatically with new sales orders or purchases orders. To adjust a certain product\u2019s quantity:<\/p>\n

  1. From the \u201cInventory<\/strong>\u201d menu, choose \u201cInventory<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  2. Next to the product you wish to view, click the right arrow and choose \u201cview<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the information tab.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAdjust Manually<\/strong>\u201d button under the stock level option.

  5. From the \u201cQuantity<\/strong>\u201d option, choose to add or subtract and add the number you wish to add\/subtract to the stock level.<\/li>\n
  6. Add the \u201cUnit Price<\/strong>\u201d of the buy\/sell addition and choose the currency.<\/li>\n
  7. Choose the \u201cMovement date<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  8. Add any related notes.<\/li>\n
  9. The Stock Before and Stock After will show the changes to the quantity of the stock before and after this edit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
