“Online Invoices”<\/strong> Billing and Accounting Software<\/a> is completely\u00a0compatible with “Stripe”<\/strong> so you can invoice your clients and receive payments online using your Stripe account. Stripe integration works with all our\u00a0 “Online Invoices”<\/strong> software’s\u00a0Invoice Templates<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Activate “Stripe” to accept online payments for your account<\/h2>\n

To accept online\u00a0payments for your invoices using “Stripe”, <\/strong>please follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in <\/a>to your “Online Invoices”<\/strong> account, or Register for a free account using this link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Through the “Settings”<\/strong> tab,\u00a0 select the “Payment Options”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
  3. Select “Stripe”<\/strong>, then mark as “Active”<\/strong>,\u00a0 and add your stripe’s “<\/strong>\"Payment_Options_stripe\"<\/a>
    \nTo get your keys:<\/p>\n
      \n
    1. Log into your Stripe account<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click “Account”<\/strong> at the top right hand of the page.<\/li>\n
    3. Click “Account Settings”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Click the “API Keys”<\/strong> showing at the top tabs.<\/li>\n
    5. Here, you will find the “Live Secret Key”<\/strong> and “Live Publishable Key”<\/strong>,\u00a0 You can also use the test keys, in the test mode to examine the payments before you activate your Stripe account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    6. Click the “Save”<\/strong> button to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      After saving your “Stripe”<\/strong> settings you are now ready to create new invoices and receive your payments online via “Stripe”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Creating Invoices on the “Online Invoices” system<\/h2>\n

      To create a new invoice, please follow the following steps below:<\/p>\n

      1. Through the “Invoices”<\/strong> tab,\u00a0 select the “Create Invoice”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
      2. Check this tutorial “<\/strong>Creating your First Invoice<\/a>“<\/strong> to learn how to create a professional invoice from the scratch.<\/li>\n
      3. Send the invoice to your client and wait for them to make the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        How Can a Client Pay an Invoice Through Stripe:<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. After receiving the invoice, \u201che\/she\u201d<\/strong> can click the link of the payment, and \u201che\/she\u201d<\/strong> will be directed to this page below:<\/li>\n
        2. \u00a0Add the “Payment Information”<\/strong>. Add the “Credit Card Details”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the green “Pay Invoice”<\/strong> bar.<\/li>\n
        4. Inform the business owner that you have already paid the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
