Defining a “Profit & Loss”<\/strong> Report (P&L)<\/h3>\n

The “Profit & Loss” <\/strong>statement is a summary of the financial performance of a business during a time interval whether if it’s  (“Monthly”<\/strong>, “Quarterly”<\/strong> or “Annually”<\/strong> is the most common). It works on reflecting the previous performances of the business and most of the time is used oftenly by small business owners showing a disclosure of how to track their businesses performances.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Accessing the “Profit & Loss”<\/strong> report (P&L):<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Through the “Reports”<\/strong> tab, Select the “Accounting Reports”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
  2. click the “Profit &  Loss”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select a “Period” <\/strong>whether it is: “Monthly”<\/strong>, “Quarterly”<\/strong> (3 months) or “Yearly”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. “Income”:<\/strong> Select to include only paid invoices in the “Income”<\/strong> or all the invoices.<\/li>\n
    3. “Date Range”<\/strong>: Select a “Date Range”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. “Currency”<\/strong>: Select a “Currency”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Click “Show Report” <\/strong>to generate the report.<\/strong><\/div>\n
