To add other email addresses\u00a0 beside the client’s email address on the invoice your are sending out there are two methods.<\/p>\n

The first method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. After finishing the invoice click the “Send With Revised Email<\/strong>” button

  2. Click the “Edit<\/strong>” button.

  3. Edit the email and add the emails you wish to be added
    \n    \"Edit-email\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    1. CC: Email will be sent to other email addresses as carbon copy the receiver will be able to see who is in the CC. You can send to multiple email addresses using (, & ;).<\/li>\n
    2. BCC: Email will be sent to other email addresses as blind carbon copy the receiver will Not be able to see who is in the BCC. You can send to multiple email addresses using (, & ;).<\/li>\n
    3. Tick the “
    4. Click the Send button to send the email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Second method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. To resend an invoice for your client.<\/li>\n
      2. Go to the “Invoices<\/strong>” menu and choose “Manage Invoices<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
      3. All saved invoices will be listed and shows there last sent date

      4. To Send the invoice to you client click the “More” button and choose “Email to client”<\/li>\n
      5. Click the “Edit<\/strong>” button.

      6. Edit the email and add the emails you wish to be added
