By default, “Online Invoices”<\/strong> sends emails on the user’s behalf using “Online Invoices”<\/strong> email address “maildelivery@onlineinvoices.com”<\/strong> to deliver the emails successfully to their clients without bouncing back or being rejected by the email server.<\/p>\n

Although the email is being sent by “maildelivery@onlineinvoices.com”<\/strong>  however when the client clicks the “reply”<\/strong> button he will be sending the reply back directly to the business owner’s email address directly.<\/p>\n

What if you would like to send your emails from your own email server directly and remove the “maildelivery@onlineinvoices.com”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be able to do so you will have to edit the “SMTP Settings”<\/strong> on “Online invoices”<\/strong> software and grant “Online Invoices”<\/strong> the access to send those emails by following these steps below:<\/p>\n

  1. Through the “Settings”<\/strong> tab, select the “SMTP Settings”<\/strong> option.

  2. Tick the “Send emails using my SMTP account”<\/strong> checkbox on the left-hand side to enable the “SMTP Settings”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Enable “SMTP settings”<\/strong> from your email provider (Google, Hotmail, Yahoo or your own server) and get the following details:\n

    1. “Email Address”<\/strong>: Your email address which you use for the “Online Invoices”<\/strong> system.\n
