The “Online Invoices”<\/strong> Billing and Accounting Software<\/a> is completely compatible with “2Checkout”<\/strong> so you could invoice your clients and receive payments online to your “2Checkout account”<\/strong>. “2Checkout integration”<\/strong> works with all of our “Online Invoices”<\/strong> software’s Invoice Templates.<\/a><\/p>\n

Activate “2checkout” on payment your account<\/h2>\n

To accept online payments for your invoices using “2Checkout”<\/strong>, please follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in <\/a>to your “Online Invoices”<\/strong> account, or Register for a free account through this link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Through the “Settings”<\/strong> tab, select the “Payment Options”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
  3. Select “2Checkout”<\/strong>, then mark as “Active”<\/strong>, and add your “2Checkout”<\/strong> account number.
    \nTo get your “2Checkout”<\/strong> number and activate the payment through your “Online invoices”<\/strong> system:<\/p>\n
      \n
    1. While using your “2CO account”<\/strong> click on the “My Account”<\/strong> logo at the top right. There you will see your “Account Number”.<\/strong>
      \nTo let your “2CO”<\/strong> update your payment status please do the following steps:<\/p>\n
        \n
      1. Login to your 2CO account<\/a>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on “Account”<\/strong> Tab.<\/li>\n
      3. Click on “Sites Management”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Below the “Direct Return”<\/strong>, Select the “Given links back to my website”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
      5. Below “Approved URL”<\/strong> enter:
        \n https:\/\/Yoursubdomain.onlineinvoices.com\/2co<\/strong><\/li>\n
      6. Click “Save Changes”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      7. Click the “Save”<\/strong> button to save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After saving your 2CO settings you are now ready to create new invoices and receive your payments online via “2CO”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Creating Invoices on the “Online Invoices” system.<\/h2>\n

        To create a new “invoice”<\/strong> please follow the following steps below:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Through the “Invoices”<\/strong> tab, select the “Create Invoice”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
        2. Check this tutorial “<\/strong>Creating your First Invoice<\/a>“<\/strong> to learn how to create a professional invoice from the scratch.<\/li>\n
        3. Send the invoice to your client and wait for them to make the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          How Can a Client Pay an Invoice Through 2Checkout:<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. After receiving the invoice, “he\/she”<\/strong> can click the link of the payment, and “he\/she”<\/strong> will be directed to this page below:
            \n            \"Add-Payment-2CO\"<\/a><\/li>\n
          2. “He\/She”<\/strong> should fill in all the details, and through the “Payment Method”<\/strong> field, select the “2Checkout” option<\/strong>, and then click the “Pay Invoice”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
          3. “He\/She”<\/strong> will be directed to the “2Checkout”<\/strong> payment page as showing in the figure below.

          4. Fill in the Billing information and pay the invoice with “his\/her”<\/strong> favorite payment method.<\/li>\n
