“Online Invoices”<\/strong> Billing and Accounting Software<\/a> is completely compatible with “PayPal”<\/strong> standard so you could invoice your clients and receive payments online to your “PayPal”<\/strong> account. “PayPal”<\/strong> standard integration works with all of our “Online Invoices”<\/strong> software’s\u00a0Invoice Templates<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Activate “PayPal” to accept online payments for your account<\/h2>\n

To accept online\u00a0payments for your invoices, using “PayPal”<\/strong>, please follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in <\/a>to your Online Invoices account, or Register for a free account through this link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Through the “Settings”<\/strong> tab, select the “Payment Options”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
  3. Select “PayPal Standard”<\/strong>, then mark as “Active”<\/strong>, and mark as “Default”,<\/strong>\u00a0 so that your clients would know that this is your recommended payment gateway if you have more than one payment gateway. Add your “PayPal”<\/strong> account’s email address.

  4. Click the “Save”<\/strong> button to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After saving your “PayPal”<\/strong> settings you will be now ready to create new invoices and receive your payments online via “PayPal”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Creating Invoices on the “Online Invoices” system<\/h2>\n

    To create a new invoice, please follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Through the “Invoices”<\/strong> tab, select the “Create Invoice”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
    2. Check this tutorial “<\/strong>Creating your First Invoice<\/a>“<\/strong> to learn how to create a professional invoice from the scratch.<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0Send invoices to your clients and wait for them to make the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How Can a Client Pay an Invoice Through PayPal:<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. After receiving\u00a0 the invoice, click the “Pay”<\/strong> link, and you will be directed to the page showing below:\"pay-invoice-paypal\"<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. You should fill in all the details, and through the “Payment Method”<\/strong> field, select “PayPal Standard”<\/strong>, and then click the “Pay Invoice”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
      3. You will be directed to the “PayPal”<\/strong> payment page, as showing in the figure below:\"PayPal<\/a>\n

        1. This is the “Email”<\/strong> of the business that would be invoicing you; so please make sure it is the appropriate one.<\/li>\n
        2. This will include a summary of your order, the “invoice number”<\/strong> you are going to pay, and the “invoice total”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Log in to your “PayPal”<\/strong> account and pay the invoice using your “Credit Card”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
