Adding “Staff Members”<\/strong> makes work easier, and a staff member can act as an employee to your company.<\/p>\n

A “New staff Member”<\/strong> can:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Create and manage products or services.<\/li>\n
  2. Create and manage clients.<\/li>\n
  3. Register expenses<\/li>\n
  4. Perform “Time tracking”<\/strong> in addition to creating projects & activities.<\/li>\n
  5. Create invoices, estimates and invoicing the clients.<\/li>\n
  6. You can grant permissions & accesses to your staff member to perform any tasks on the system and track the actions of your “Staff Members”.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To Add a New Staff Member:\"Add-staff-details\"<\/a><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Through the \u201cStaff<\/strong>\u201d tab, Select the “Add Staff”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n
    2. Add your staff member’s details\n
        \n
      1. “Name”, “Email address”<\/strong> and also a “Password”<\/strong> in which the staff member will be using to login to the system.<\/li>\n
      2. Set a “Role”<\/strong> to your staff member.<\/li>\n
      3. Tick the “Active”<\/strong> checkbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Click the “Save”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
