If your file contains the field labels existing at the first row so in this case, we will not tick the checkbox.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>&#8220;Next Step&#8221;<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Step 2 Fields Mapping:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/project-step2.png\" rel=\"lightbox[1075]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"man-img wp-image-2200 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/project-step2.png\" alt=\"project-step2\" width=\"1158\" height=\"487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/project-step2.png 1158w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/project-step2-300x126.png 300w, https:\/\/www.onlineinvoices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/project-step2-1024x431.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1158px) 100vw, 1158px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>System Field&#8221;<\/strong> column: This column shows which fields on the system can the imported data be uploaded into; <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>*&#8221; <\/strong>meaning that this field must be filled (mandatory), and <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Chain icon&#8221;<\/strong> means that this field is unique (i.e. if you have checked the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Updated an existing Project with the new data&#8221;<\/strong> check box and there was an existing record that contains the same field value then it will update that existing record with the newly imported record. If you didn\u2019t check the <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Updated an existing <strong>Project<\/strong> with the new data&#8221;<\/strong> check box and there was a record with the same existing data then it will ignore importing it and will be showing you errors regarding this record.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Corresponding Field on File&#8221;<\/strong> column: Each drop-down menu on this column shows all the column headers on your file.
